What are the timings?
- Please arrive between 7:15-7:30pm.
- The boat departs at 7:45pm.
- The boat will return at 11:45pm.
- The event finishes at midnight.

Will I get a physical/digital ticket?
Yes, you will be emailed a digital ticket via our ticketing partner, TicketPass. You will need this, along with your ID, in order to get on board.

Will the boat be moving?
Yes, the boat will be travelling up and down the river.

Will the boat stop anywhere?
The boat will not be stopping anywhere until the end of the event (unless there is an emergency).

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes, you can do this via your TicketPass account.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, we encourage you to bring +1s but they will need a ticket.

What happens if I can no longer come?
We are happy for you to sell/transfer your ticket to someone else, you can do this via your TicketPass account.

Can I bring drinks on board?
Unfortunately not, there will be bouncers on the door, as with any other bar or club.
